We are looking for a Resourcing Partner to join our Enterprise Resourcing Team. Ready?

 

About the role


As a Resourcing Team we have to get out there in the market and find talented individuals. Our team of Resourcing Partners use many different avenues, tools, research, strategies to find the "best of the best" to join Vodafone – not just trawling through all the CVs we receive. We focus on strategic resourcing, targeting diversity, varied talent pools, working on the talent agenda to ensure we find the right people for each team in the business.

 

This will be achieved by:

 

The enterprise resourcing team need a Resourcing Partner who can do all of the above (as well as the occasional trawl obviously) as well as bringing new ideas to the table. Resourcing partners need a solid reputation for stakeholder management and delivery.


Developing the talent attraction mission for Enterprise and acting as an ambassador of the Vodafone UK employer brand. Implementing a resourcing strategy, delivery and quality of hiring into an area of Enterprise which could cover sales, contracts, commercial, service delivery, cyber-security and product development.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Full 360 cycle recruitment experience, delivering effective recruitment campaigns and solutions to meet business needs within agreed budget, KPI’s and timescales
  • Strong evidence using direct recruitment methods, with strong social media sourcing expertise
  • Experience of developing and using robust candidate assessment process/frameworks.
  • Understanding of employment legislation, specifically relating to recruitment
  • Prior experience of working in Telecoms, IT, or technical organisations, managing technical, product and/or commercial resourcing
  • Evidence of developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach in a matrix environment
  • Strong operational focus, combined with commercial and business acumen
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and the resilience to drive the right behaviours and approaches to achieve the desired results
  • Passionate about implementing creative recruitment strategies that benefit the business and candidate alike
  • A commercial outlook – able to conceptualise resourcing strategy aligned to achieving business objectives. Driving key HR priorities, delivery against forecast and measure output.
