· Ai bune abilitati de lucru pe calculator (Microsoft Office);
· Ii poti explica unui strain cum sa foloseasca telefonul;
· Ai studii liceale finalizate ( si ai obtinut si diploma de bacalaureat ).
Atunci vei putea:
· Furniza informatiile solicitate de client privind produsele si serviciile companiei
· Oferi cele mai bune solutii situatiilor prin care trec clientii;
· Construi, adapta si propune clientului o oferta de produse si servicii cu scopul de a incheia cu success procesul de vanzare/resemnare contract.
