The Career Opportunity

Based in Singapore, the Purchasing Manager play a pivotal part in the supplier selection and commercial proposition for Customer solutions during the bid phase, and then provide lifecycle management of the Supplier portfolio across a selection of Customers covering all aspects of sourcing approach, external spend, stakeholder management, Supply Chain Management(SCM) governance, SCM programme assurance, SCM benefits tracking, contract management & contractual compliance providing a single point of interface between OneSCM and the Enterprise account teams throughout the customer contract term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sourcing approach across allocated Customer Bids, driving internal stakeholders and account teams to deliver accurate and appropriate business requirements to enable the delivery of sourcing solutions. Stakeholder management responsibilities including representing SCM through governance and potentially externally to Customers

• Responsible for all vendor cost input into the Enterprise bid & the tracking of associate SCM benefits across the exercise

• Responsible for in-life management throughout the SCM Enterprise life cycle including transitioning vendors into Vodafone, commercial tracking and control, performance management and final sign off of acceptance / delivery milestones

• Responsible for SCM reporting and communications across the Enterprise portfolio managed
