As a member of the Customer, Products & Processes Department, within the Offer&Process SME team, the person will be in charge of the project management related to the clients belonging to the segment as well as of the processes and Customer Experience’s design and definition.


Job Objectives:


  • Manage SME market’s evolution in collaboration with the Marketing Department, with strong focus on converging clients (Mobile and Fixed)
  • Analyse and develop product and services portfolio offered to SME clients
  • Design and develop  processes to support the planned strategy for SME clients
  • Improve the Customer Experience of Fixed Network Clients with a strong focus on all the touchpoints
  • Support the definition of the strategies to manage/support the clients
