Challenges


 

E2E Service/Content Management 

- Life-cycle management, with focus on the Customer, profitability and innovation;

- Define and implement the marketing mix and strategy for existing and new services&content: measured by P&L, service adoption and customer satisfaction

 

Market Knowledge

- Analyse the market and the competition as well as collect Customer insights

 

Influencer and team player

- Multidisciplinary teams management, foster relationship between all stakeholders and create partnerships with internal and external interfaces

 

Ideal Background

 

- Degree or Masters in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering or simila

- Previous experience in service&content management, marketing or project management

- Good knowledge of the value chain and key players in the services and contents industry, including those made available by Vodafone and its main competitors

- Knowledge of the architecture and processes associated to services and digital content, internet or communications will be valued

- Proactive, critical and creative spirit 

- Strong analytical, communication and influencing skills

- Ability to adapt to changes and work under pressure
