We are seeking a Commercial Lead_Terminal Acquisition Squad with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Marketing Senior Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
  • Define and execute product & commercial strategy and actions for Terminal Acquisition Squad
  • Contribute to Smartphone Marketing Masterplan and build the proposition roadmap accordingly
  • Identify key opportunities in the market through data analysis, competition benchmarks, extensive market research and understanding customer insights
  • Design & launch segmented Smartphone (SMP) Offers 
  • Monitor closely competitive position & sales performance
  • Prepare business cases of Smartphone launches
  • Find new business models and new payment models to increase SMP penetration
  • Build innovative models to differentiate in the market
  • Prepare offers to drive incremental accessories & services revenue streams
  • Manage the A&R budget effectively
  • Follow up of actual vs budget realization
  • Drive culture and behavior change required to build strong postpaid sales capabilities
  • Work in harmony with agile practices
  • Ensure 100% regulation / legal and security compliance

  • BSc. degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics or similar fields of engineering
  • Min 5 years of experience in Product and/or Commercial roles
  • Has a strong commercial mindset, ability to define marketing and sales opportunities
  • Highly proactive, have a strong can-do attitude
  • Has passion to learn telecom industry and sales dynamics
  • Flexible on taking responsibility of other roles (commercial, marketing, channel) where needed to build a collaborative team environment and ensure team commitments are met on time and with high quality
  • Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing business field
  • Has analytical thinking skills in every aspect of work and pays attention to details
  • Knowledge and experience of agile working model and/ or ability to adapt to agile working environment and dynamics
  • Good at multi-task management & problem solving
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and inter-personal skills
  • Good team player, have social skills that enables collaboration closely and easily with core team members and stakeholders
  • Result oriented and delivery-focused
