Priority Order Resolution Adviser - Stoke
Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday, 37.5 hours per week, shifts between 8am – 8pm.

• Taking ownership of billing, escalations and service requests.
• Investigate and resolve billing/order related queries along with the ability to spot trends and potential fixes.
• Managing customer accounts.
• Able to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Problem solving and completing relevant administration in the role.
Key Skills and Experience:
• Strong administration skills and ability to utilise multiple systems.
• Ability to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
• Proven experience of working across functions and in building sustained and effective working relationships.
• Great team player who takes ownership of their role with communication skills to match.
