- Evaluate, Solve and log reported problems versus business impacts.
- Ensure accuracy during problem solving or applying temporary problem fix for workarounds, or adhoc requests.
- On time escalation and reporting of problems according to problem management Process.
- Ensure data integrity and availability by developing/automating/ applying daily health check
- Understand and follow the business processes while performing the daily/monthly activities. 
- Post production testing and successful implementation of the applied changes.
- Investigate, Generate and follow up with Application Development teams and vendors on open Problem Notifications in the production on applications.
- Ensure the complete handover of documentation and manuals of new applications.
- Ensure proper communication with customers, vendors and other teams.
- Ensure and maintain team work spirit among the team members.
- Ensure compliance in understanding and applying the company and ISO standards / procedures
- Bill cycles owner and decision maker for the issues impacting revenues or customer experience.
- Accountable for applying new billing configuration changes.
- Owner for Customer Care online services (activation, deactivation, SIM SWAP, .. etc)
- Owner to payments of postpaid customer.
- Support  Finance in all revenue cases and variances.
- Owner for post-paid Rating Process and its rejections and recovery.
- Account for Roaming process and its invoices generations and any raised variance.
- Time Management
- Ability to work under stress.

- Develop and regularly update a list of billing operational KPIs to reflect the health of operation, detect potential enhancements and ensure meeting the SLA.
- Regular generation of daily operation health check routine for all billing services
- Monthly Measures for Internal Customer Satisfaction through agreed KPI's for the provided services
