What’s the role?

The PMO team sits across all Vodafone UK IT projects, and is the information hub for projects and programmes.  The PMO is vital for ensuring projects are delivered on time, to scope and to budget and is responsible for supporting the project via the regular reporting of spend and progress, improving processes and maintaining project governance through to CIO level.

What will you be doing?

The PMO Analyst plays a highly responsible and pivotal role to the delivery of Vodafone UK IT projects. The role will work closely with the delivery team and senior management to ensure that projects and initiatives are set up for success and are managed in line with the Vodafone Project Delivery Lifecycle (VPDL).  Key duties include tracking the status of programme deliverables and milestones; programme level risk and issue coordination; coordination of the regular project and programme level reporting cycles; project budget maintenance through spend and budget tracking; and co-ordination of project Governance arrangements.  Additional responsibilities include assisting the PMO Manager with defining and updating the project management processes and standards.

What’s needed?

You will be an experienced Project Analyst across a mixed portfolio (small and large transformation projects) with excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders at all levels in a matrix organisation.  You will be highly organised with the ability to manage multiple work streams in parallel where there are tight delivery milestones.  We know it’s a big ask but experience in any of the following would really be the icing on the cake:
