Role Title: Personal Assistant - Partner Markets

Role purpose:

To act as a Personal Assistant to the CEO Vodafone Partner Markets.  Providing proactive, professional andconfidential PA and administrative support to the Director, and the wider team as required.

Required to build strong relationships with all stakeholders and partners bringing a positive attitude to a professional and pressured team.  Acts as professional point of contact on behalf of Directors to internal and external visitors. With us you will:
  • Diary & Calendar Management, including extensive travel and visa arrangements

  • Expenses preparation

  • Ensure the Director is fully prepared for all meetings actions – including preparation of all pre read materials, follow up on actions, tasks scheduling and agenda preparation.

  • Raising purchase orders and receipting

  • Relationship management -  build and develop relationships with Partners and also internaladministrators across the Vodafone Group including the PAs supporting the Commercial function in other countries

  • Task management - deal promptly, proactively and professionally with allactions, tasks, correspondence, e-mails, telephone calls etc. 

  • Assist with team events – All Hands, Partner events, Christmas party etc.

  • Offer visas support and preparation of letters for both internal team and visiting partners

  • Approvals on behalf of the Director, including expenses, holidays, purchase orders.

  • Delivering Results: Meets deadlines, manages own time effectively, methodical, systematic and has an eye for detail

  • Putting customers first and treats everyone as a customer, fixes problems, pre-emptive & pro-active.

  • Ability to communicate and build relationships across a broad range of internal & external audiences, including at a senior level, with strong networking skills

  • Strong secretarial / general administrative experience

  • Knowledge of Vodafone processes and systems an advantage, ability to learn quickly essential

  • Advanced capabilities with MS Office suite including Microsoft Office packages specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
