As a PA you will provide support to our CEO for Vodafone Global Enterprise. Day to day you will provide first class diary management and general administration for the direct team. You’ll be adept at communicating with key stakeholders and your experience will see you excel in a number of activities including, travel and financial management and general project work.

With us you will:
 
  • Manage the diary and commitments to ensure the prioritisation and allocation of appropriate meeting times

  • Manage e-mails and correspondence, responding where appropriate and/or forwarding for input to the relevant Director. Understanding of sensitive issues and prioritise accordingly

  • Ensure required information and documentation is distributed prior to meetings.  Flag any concerns in a timely constructive manner. Assembly of meeting packs where required

  • Manage travel, itinerary, annual leave and associated approvals (including EVO)

  • Co-ordinate & manage the procurement and approvals process for sign-off of all team expenditure

  • Support in creating presentations targeted at senior management audiences, including the ExCo and Board

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders in gathering information and insights (i.e. status for monthly ExCo action points)

  • Support in consolidating key governance reports and ensure format/ data quality to highest degree (i.e. commercial ExCo report)

  • Manage agenda and logistics for Vodafone Business Group leadership team meeting, extended leadership meetings and other regular and adhoc meetings.

 

Apply if you have:

 

  • Proven experience at successfully supporting Senior Executives.

  • Highly proficient secretarial skills including MS Office applications, especially powerpoint.

  • Positive & Can-do attitude, resilient with the ability to remain calm when under pressure.

  • Highly organised, ability to constantly prioritise duties.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.  Good influencing ability, confident challenging when appropriate.
