Role title: Data Core Integrated Solution & Cross Country Harmonization Manager
Location: uk/newbury/london - flexible


Role purpose: 
Managing the Data Core Integrated Solutions and Cross Country Harmonization team, responsible (but not limited) to: 
-    Set the framework for the execution of all Data Core projects in all Europe.  Manage the coordination and management of Data Core projects and programs.
-    Managing all the demands entering Data Core Engineering and trigger new programmes or projects when necessary. 
-    Contribute towards the alignment and harmonisation of Data Core Integrated Solutions and Cross Country Harmonization across Europe networks and OpCo clusters, but always focussed on improving customer experience and sensitive to local specific requirements and priorities.
-    Support Data Core strategy and network evolution analyses, by reinforcing the link between the network evolution plan, the defined strategy and the roadmap for actual execution and delivery of Data Core projects, programmes and budget. 
-    Coordinate and implement innovative initiatives to promote harmonization within Data Core, always focussed on improving people experience being sensitive to their feedback.
-    Managing Data Core HC and People plan, looking for best practise for people inspiration and team building. 


Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
•    Leadership and people management skills
•    Good understanding of the SW/HW lifecycle: design, development, testing and acceptance, implementation, performance optimization and troubleshooting
•    Ability to work within virtual teams and interface with multi-national clients


Must have technical / professional qualifications: 
•    University degree in computer science, telecommunications or equivalent
•    Preferrable with MBA degrees or understanding of financial basis
•    Good awareness of wider technology aspects in telecommunications and ICT
•    Preferrable with project management certifications 
•    Preferrable with Agile project management certifications
