Working in a small Network Operations Centre, you will be responsible for a dedicated customer and looking after their specialised requirements for their network.
You will be responsible for diagnosing basic faults on transmission equipment, to enable end-to-end services. You will provide support to customers on existing Vodafone equipment and maintain an excellent customer relationship, while working with the Project Management and Account team.
• Able to maintain Customer confidentiality and ability to hold a high level of security clearance
• Worked within a Network management environment
• Understanding of multiple DWDM transmission networks, SDH PDH and OTN transmission systems
• Telco, Network Operations background is desired
• Ability to remain calm when working to demanding timescales and deadlines
