Role Profile

 

As a Measurement & Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for the Launch of the new reporting and analytics capabilities for E2E campaign performance and you will also be involved in the roll-out insights as a service.

 

This is an exciting challenge which will play a big part in the development and execution of reporting in a team undergoing a transitional period, so you will be involved in a large scale function and get to be hands on with its future growth in the wider Vodafone Business.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

 
  • Instrument consistent metrics discipline and measurement process across VGE and select Markets

  • Derive insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns and to build internal benchmarks for different program families

  • Define evolution of dashboards and standardized reports to provide ongoing insights

  • Advise marketing operations functions on data requirements necessary to perform desired analyses

  • Help develop advanced and predictive models such as marketing mix, propensity to buy

  • Work with the leadership team and client facing teams to understand insights service and strategic ambitions

  • Lead the team to develop useful insights derived from our data

  • Standardise reporting to ensure a consistent, high quality baseline for existing products.

 
 

Experience:

  • Team development experience - Mentor and manage the measurement and analytics

  • Proficient in campaign analysis with a track record of rolling out insights capabilities

  • Past experience with reporting data model and source systems

  • Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Klik, Power BI

  • Experience in analytics approaches such as clustering, regression, and look-alike modelling
