Digital & Marketing Operations is responsible for the creation and utilisation of the brand positioning for Enterprise, ensuring a consistent approach to use of the enterprise brand platform and messaging across markets in marketing activity, driving increases in awareness and consideration. Our Customer Market Insight team investigate and understand the needs and challenges that our customers face and consider how our products and services address those needs. They are research experts utilising both primary and secondary research to create relevant, informative and actionable reports and commentary that enable our business to best serve their customer.

 

As our Market Insight Manager you will work with closely with our enterprise business units to monitor their respective markets and generate insight through primary research alongside external agencies and secondary research through published sources.  You’ll be flexible in your approach and be able to adapt your techniques to suit the demands of the business. You will have a flair for written and spoken communication and be able to create concise and readable copy for your stakeholders,

 
 
With us you will:
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders in Group Enterprise and local markets.  Interpret insight requirements, recommend approaches, execute and present findings.  Ensure stakeholder satisfaction with outputs.
  • Develop customer insights based on primary research for key commercial, product and service programs. 
  • Deliver market and competitor insights based on secondary research for key commercial, product and service programs. Including Industry Analyst engagement.
  • Represent the interests of Enterprise with respect to Global Insights tracking programs including NPS and /or Brand.
  • Employ and promotes best practice in Enterprise insights and research.

Apply if you have: 
  • Combination of primary and secondary research skills (particularly B2B).
  • Experience in an insight based role. Client and agency side experience desirable.
  • Good ICT / Telco sector understanding
  • Enterprise marketing experience
  • Strong relationship management and communications skills
