" -Handle and monitor day to FM services for best office upkeep, safe and clean office environment for PDC-II. Around 70 FM staff for the office size aroun d 1.70 - 2 lacs sqft area and employees around 1500 - 2000 nos. - Monitor andm aintain day to day office consumables inventory like water, Pantry material,Re gular & Printed stationery,washroom consumables etc. - Monitor and certify FM v endor bills, GRN's, Contract, billing tracker & PO's on regular basis. - Handle Company OYOC and CLA processes. - Prepare the entire FM team's roles and res ponsibilities and allocate their duties for smooth day to day Facility Manageme nt. - Tie ups and Monitor Medical Room services for PDC-I & PDC-II - Tie ups, Monitor and establish Cafeteria services on day to day basis and ensure proper upkeep, staff grooming, Food, utensils Hygiene, Repair and maintenance for PDC -II - Tie ups with various external vendors for employee benefit like, Adhaar Card desk, Offeres from Malls and discounts etc. - Collaborate and coordinate with the Builders/Developers for synchronisation, implementation and review of Common facility services like, Passages, water, plants, lifts, DGservices, pe st control, Parking area etc. - Coordinate with site BMS Operators for smooth HVAC& Lighting services. - Plan and conduct regular FM services review, and gu ide team accordingly. - Handle, Plan andExecute all FM relatedAudits & statu tory compliance. - Manage over all Communication for around8500 Mobile & Data connections for PDC-I & PDC-II & Support all locations. - Manage and Monitor communication Billing of INR 85 lacs on monthly basis - Monitor day to day Mob ile / SIM card issuance, issues, activation, deactivations and Network related issues for Employees at PDC-I & PDC-II with VIL, TATA & Airtel. - prepare and implementation of FM Procedures, SOP's andBudget, cost saving of Facility Mana gement & communication. - Support ERTteam for conducting theFire evacuation s drills as per occurrence. - Handle the role of Medical Emergency SPOC and as sist and support employees in and outside office premises (24x7) during medical emergencies with coordination of Hospitals. - Support for all In house and ou tdoor event management, crisis management and clients/expats/VIP guests visits for PDC-II. - Provide admin Assistance in office transition for multiple sites , approx. 1200 to 1500 Employees acrossall locations of VSSI. - Support for c onducting seat census activity. - Conduct FM team's R&R activity and training sessions on regular basis."
