We are seeking a Machine Learning Development Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Self Services & Spec. Projects  Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.


Looking for a team member for Selfcare Digital Voice Team who will be responsible for;

  • Collect and analyze data; synthesize results of analyses, develop and make recommendations and alternatives based on the full spectrum of internal/external considerations
  • Design, train and deliver machine learning solutions for Digital Voice A.I. infrastructure
  • Implement, test and validate new algorithms in a way that can be used by the Digital Voice agile team
  • Formulate learning algorithms with diverse data sets to create business cases for DV A.I. grammer
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest machine learning techniques by reviewing literature, attending conferences, etc
  • Design, develop, and maintain consumer- and business-facing predictive models.
  • Actively participate in all aspects of Agile/Scrum practices including daily standups, design sessions, grooming and sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews and retrospective
  • Use business intelligence toolsets to gather and provide access to data in assist management DV channel decision making
  • Generating tactical/strategic recommendations for customers 
  • Designing and recommending A/B tests for customers for testing new journeys of DV channel

  • Degree from a reputable university preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in data analytics
  • Experience on Nuance A.I. engine is referred
  • Must have proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in customer care data analytics is referred
  • Must have a full professional proficiency in English
