Learning Developer

The EVO Learning Team is part of wider the Process Governance Team. We govern end to end global processes in HR, Finance and Supply Chain Management at Vodafone. The team is responsible for creating learning materials on these functional processes and systems for Vodafone employees. The Learning Developer will support the development of learning materials working with experts, such as Global Process Experts, Subject Matter Experts and Process Coaches.


What you will do:

  • Analyze learning needs based on new requirements working with process experts
  • Design and develop high quality, creative and engaging learning materials (eLearnings, videos, quick learnings and guides) for a global audience on finance processes and systems
  • Evaluate learning results to measure learner satisfaction, business impact and process efficiency
  • Publish materials to required learning channels
  • Follow up on learning KPIs, learning strategy and required actions
  • Continually, assess, evaluate and improve learning solutions
  • Continuously enhancing personal instructional design skills and contribute own ideas to different projects

The position is for you if you have:

  • Fluent English skills both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • 1-3 years of experience in developing learning materials
  • Knowledge of conducting needs analysis and or instructional design experience
  • Good Project and time management skills
  • Knowledge of learning tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360, GoAnimate) is a big advantage
  • Creative mindset and storytelling capabilities
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to travel once quarterly
