Italian Speaking Sales Reporting Specialist

What you will do:

Automate key customer facing reports and business analytics; ensure that they are produced on a timely and accurate fashion. 

Ensure continuous improvement of existing reports. Initiate improvement of the team's processes. 

Communicate with internal customers and present results to middle and higher management/ stakeholders. 

Highlight trends and exposures, suggest priorities and drive the improvement of the integrity of pipeline data. 

Track and analyze metrics to ensure that performance is in line with overall business objectives. 

Set up a process to manage the flow and transfer of information on usage & spend information for OpCos, partners, affiliates, 3rd parties & subsidiaries; use such data to deliver analytics and reports. 

Provide regular status updates to the business on customer reporting delivery plan. 

Provide support for the production of customer reporting and for answering customer queries. 

Lead the construction, documentation and maintenance of commercial models in Excel, 

Construct customer facing presentations, create reports to aid with Fair Usage Reviews. 

Support the Contract Managers, Legal Counsels and Team Leader with weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ annual reports, dashboards, analyzing performance and key business metrics 

Provide regular status updates to the business for internal stakeholders. 

Prepare of regular and ad-hoc reports in order to review business performance support and to management decisions. 

Organize and collect inputs from cross functional teams. Development and continuous improvement of the reports. Lead process related developments 

Provide timely and accurate information to sales/legal and other departments about the key terms and conditions of their contracts 

Ensure continuous improvement of existing reports. Initiate improvement of the team’s processes.

This position is for you if you have:

Experience in data analysis, interpretation, reporting and presentation of findings 

Experience in working with data warehouses & business intelligence tools. global database management 

Fluency in Italian and Intermediate English

Advanced MS office (Excel, Access, Power Point) 

Analytical/ data analysis skills
