The resource will join IoT Business Development team. He/She will take responsibility of continuing to raise the profile of Vodafone in the IoT Landscape.

 

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities

 

·         Develops, maintains a portfolio of vertical solutions to ensure revenue growth in the relevant vertical segments

 

·         Ensures products knowledge is clear/up-to-date with different teams sales, technical and operations teams

 

·         Identify, specify and manage the respective operational and support aspects (including people, processes and systems)

 

·         Work closely with all relevant departments to ensure successful delivery on time and on budget

 

·         Interact with wider stakeholders, when required, from technically driven to financially oriented teams

 

·         Contribute innovative approaches to problem solving and marketing strategies at execution and operational level

 

·         Screen the market for relevant trends and competitor activities to inject ideas into VF ecosystem

 

·         Works with and selects product vendors

 

·         Drives an innovative and differentiated product offering.

 

·         Understands vertical market, competition and customer requirements

 

·         Communicates complex technology and products in an easy to understand way for customers and colleagues

 

·         Documentation for solutions and products

 

·         Preparing presentations/material, including customer and internal training material
