We are seeking a HR Services Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  Vodafone Turkey
.Actively seeks and delivers continuous improvement through process and system efficiency Ensures all systems and manual processing is accurate and timely, meeting data integrity requirements and audits, continuously improves data integrity, ensuring that the information held in our HR systems is accurate and up to date. Maintains and supports delivery of service within agreed Service Level Agreements for specific customer typesReviews processes regularly to ensure compliance and to evaluate effectiveness of the processes. Identifies processes that need re-engineering and take appropriate actionActs as the global HR systems super user and play a key role in the implementation of new tools and releases. Owns testing of new HR tools, new releases and change requests to HR systems. Provides advice to system users and support Vodafone Shared Services users to resolve queries.Reviews local tools and  processes regularly and identifies opportunities to improve processes through digitalizing and simplifying, liaises with the key stakeholders to identify new requirements and amendments to existing functionality and co-ordinate the change control processSupports the Human Resource team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyse enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as neededProvides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analyticsData Mining and trends analysis, data visualization, external benchmarking, pattern analysis and deriving intelligence from the data for management reporting

  • University Degree
  • Proven HR knowledge and analytical skills
  • HR ERP systems knowledge
  • Analytic tools knowledge (SPSS, Tableu etc.)
  • Ability to work in details
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders
