We are seeking a HR Employee Benefits & Engagement Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Head of Reward & Employee Relations of  Vodafone Turkey.
  • Is responsible for the service delivery of the Benefits & Recognition programmes quality
  • Support Reward Manager for the right reward strategy for all the benefit programs that will create a competitive edge for Vodafone in the market and ensure that all employees understand the employee value proposition.
  • Works with VF Group and Global Centres of Expertise to support Reward Manager for the yearly strategy and short term agenda for all benefits programs
  • Supports reward manager for market benchmarking of all benefits and come up with new benefit proposals / update existing benefits that are aligned with the budget and market practices while keeping them simple, user friendly and easy to administer
  • Supports resourcing team to provide benefit eligibility data for new comers/new promotions
  • Maintain work flow/process to support end to end project management of flexible benefits program on time in full with impact
  • Review program design each year and update according to employee feedbacks and market trends
  • Develop effective communication campaign to maximise awareness and participation in the program.
  • Manage all operational aspects of Vodafone Stars Program and Vodafone Heroes Program with Vodafone Group.
  • Ensure that existing recognition tools are used effectively in the organization
  • Monitor the market trends and bring new innovative ideas about recognition tools
  • Follow up budget and spent for employee recognition programs ei.Vodafone Stars, and guide HRBP’s accordingly
  • Develop reward communication campaigns to increase awareness in the organization
  • Liaise with HRBP’s to land these initiatives in the organization
  • Work with Vodafone Group and support local global mobility processes for inbound and outbound Vodafone employees
  • Act as a policy gate keeper for all compensation & benefits and employee relations policies 
  • Review them on regular basis and update accordingly
  • Make sure that employees are aware of these policies with the right awareness initiatives
