    Your key role is to provide 24/7 monitoring of the Vodafone and the Rural connectivity Group (RCG) network responding to alarms, playing a key role in the incident management process engaging and working closely with operational support teams, vendors, contractors and external service providers.  You will be carrying out first level diagnostic and attempt resolution of incidents where possible.

    Application process:

    ·       When you apply for a Vodafone Graduate role you will be asked to complete an application form.  This allows us to get to know you and your background of experience.  Here you will be asked to attach your CV and complete a video interview. 

    ·       If your background and experience match the requirements, you will be invited to an interview at our Smales Farm office.

     

     What we're looking for:

    ·       Recently graduated (within one year) or due to graduate and available to work from February 2020.

    ·       A Bachelor or Master's degree.

    ·       A good understanding of Networks & Telecommunication technologies

    o   Cell site technologies – 3G, 4G & 5G

    o   Good understanding of the OSI model

    ·       Have the ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written skills

    ·       Development and Automation Skills a Bonus.
