Do you have strong experience with taking initiatives to market as well as the motivation to keep us pushing forward and challenging the ‘norm’?

As a Go to Market Manager, on a day to day basis you will:
Define and create a virtual team for each initiative required for successful launch and delivery of the business case, constantly reassess through lifecycle.
Analyse and understand the business requirements to deliver the customer experience across internal functional areas and any third parties. 
Work effectively with customer-obsessed internal stakeholders; understanding and supporting their business goals whilst maintaining the Vodafone strategic and commercial position.
Manage stakeholder engagement across multiple organisational boundaries personally influencing key stakeholders, and ensuring they are kept informed.
Direct and motivate the cross-functional team by creating a clear, shared sense of purpose and keeping them informed of all plans and issues.
Identify and manage risks, challenges and dependencies, proactively intervening to remove roadblocks.
Make appropriate business decisions that benefit the delivery and Vodafone, but able to escalate when required.  Compiling clear and concise options and recommendation for senior leaders.

Now we are looking for a Go to Market Manager who will be responsible for the launch & early days performance of Consumer propositions, devices or price & promotional activity aligned to the Q+ annual plan. Working closely with the Consumer Tribes as well as wider Vodafone UK and on occasion’s Vodafone group stakeholders. You will drive the shaping and delivery of a diverse range of initiatives that will ultimately deliver Vodafone UK’s Consumer performance targets, on time and within the agreed budget.

To be successful in this role you'll have experience of:
The development lifecycle - requirements gathering through design, testing and deployment
Business change experience
Working with project teams (you should be able to motivate and inspire them)
Strong communication – you’ll be succinct and meaningful, with impact
Working to business KPI’s with a strong commercial understanding
Building strong relationships with senior management, suppliers, peers and project team
