"Responsible for leading a large team of managers/engineers managing multiple levels supporting Managedk Services for a single Dedicated and Premium plus customer -The role may specialise in one or more but expected to work across range of technologies as defined by security & network portfolio (Traffic Management, Content Management, Data Loss Prevention, DB Security, Malware Mitigation,WAN/LAN, Wireless Solutions, etc.). - Fault restoration is focus area measured on defined Customer Service Level Agreements and mean time to repair. - Cross functional engagements and internal customer interactions with all areas of the business. '- Operations experience in handling customer facing teams across diversified set of Standard non standard Products across Bespoke SLA's '- Experience in working with vendors, partners, customers, colleagues across a broad subset of diversified backgrounds, nationalities and technical non technical skill set '- Extensive experience in relationship management from a customer, senior management and priority stakeholders perspective '- Project management / program management experience with valid certification and credentials to substantiate the same '- Ability to provide management steer to areas requiring improvement / governance in short periods of time "
