We are seeking a Fraud Prevention Analytical Executivewith the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to  Fraud Prevention & AML Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.
The accountabilities of this role are:
  • Tracking dealer fraud and internal fraud issues
  • Owning dealer fraud domain, tracking dealer fraud, dealer agent fraud issues
  • Supporting auto calculation process of fraud penalties and improving dealer penalty procedures
  • Assisting fraud scorecards, developing and testing analytical models
  • Developing the fraud scorecard datamart with SQL process
  • Designing alarm process of dealer fraud issues
  • Developing&designing the dealer dashboards with the assistance of technology department with tableau tool
  • Assisting internal fraud domain and developing alarms with SQL process
  • Developing&designing internal fraud dashboards with the assistance of technology department with tableau tool
  • Undertake regular audits and assessments of current fraud status and establish monitoring and review mechanisms to ensure compliance with audit policies and procedures
  • Assisting and monitoring marketing campaigns within fraud approach
  • Reporting to Fraud Prevention&AML Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in telecommunication sector or financial institutions (banks,  consultant companies)
  • Very good command of English 
  • Strong experience of SQL ( has made development in analytical model ETL process)
  • Strong experience of Analytical Modeling (has participated in credit risk model development, applicational and behavioral scorecard development)
  • Experience in R Modeling Packages
  • Strong experience of Tableau or Qlikview (has made development in Tableau/Qlikview screens using calculated fields)
  • Experience in fraud risk assessment  and practices for monitoring and managing risk
