Vodafone Qatar is looking for full time Contractors for Fixed L1 Specialist role. 

With us you will be responsible for owning end to end troubleshooting of all Fixed and managed service products like corporate internet, SIPT, IPVPN, EVPN, Smart IOT solutions, Security solutions, Cloud and managed service products. Ensure all the services are handled, within the agreed SLA with the business and customers.

Must be able to work under stressful work conditions and should have good problem solving ability. Need to be a quick thinker with ability to understand the root cause of the problem and work with stakeholders across the business to find a fix immediately. 

This role will be leading number of outsourced staff’s onshore/offshore. In addition to this he/she would be required to operate and review multiple field vendor’s who visit customer premises to fix technical issues.

• Are able to work shifts day/nights and be on call when required
• A minimum 2 Years of experience in Fixed Operations with telecom Vendors /Operator 
• Good knowledge in IMS, CTS, SBC, HSS, SIP, H232, PBX, Signalling flow to establish IMS call, Call flow for voice
• Good knowledge in IP, Routing, Switching, Natting, Subnetting, GPON, OLT, ONT, Fixed Access
• Good Knowledge in Tx, ISAM, Microwave, SDH ,DWDM, AMS, OMS and U2000
• Customer Communications Management
• Vendor management. 
• ITIL or PRINCE2 certifications are preferable
• Strong follow-up skills; ability to organize applicable department timelines and follow up with internal and external customer needs
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills, proactive, self-motivated and able to manage own time and priorities
• Graduate in Electronics and communication. 
• ITIL or PRINCE2 certifications are preferable
• Alcatel NRS1 or NRS2 certifications or Cisco Equivalent certifications CCNP or higher certification
