With us you will work in the CXO Commercial Operations team for Vodafone Qatar to really deliver an awesome customer experience that ‘makes a world of difference to all people in Qatar’ and delivers on our VFQA vision of being the most admired brand in Qatar. This role is responsible for handling enterprise/Consumer technical complaints and activities primarily but not limited to handling only complaints, working in coordination with Vodafone technology partners and other stakeholders in the business. This role is also responsible for all planned/Unplanned communications to the customers.

Technical support advisor responsibilities include configuring operating systems and using remote access to provide an immediate support, you will use email and chat applications to give clients quick answers to simple IT issues. For more complex problems that require nuanced instructions, you will contact the customers via phone to provide clear, written instructions and technical manuals.

• Mandatory - Candidates should have been with Vodafone Qatar (worked as a front line staff in Care for a minimum of 12 months + G or above rating)
• Technical engineer degree or Diploma graduate
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Friendly and approachable
• Service Orientated
• Customer focused
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task 
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to manage own time and priorities
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
