Financial Operations Specialist -Spanish Speaking

What you will do:
• Control SOX activities
• Process incoming and outgoing invoices as well as other bookings related to AP team
• Perform month-end reporting, complete balance sheet reconciliations and month-end accruals
• Resolve disputes raised by the vendors to the query team
• Resolve blocked items
• Participate in EVO migration testing
• Provide support for new forecasting requests, perform productivity assessments, what if scenarios, and related analysis
• Act as a consultant to business partners in shaping the commissioning schemes. Present the financial impact and assesses the technical feasibility of proposed modifications to the commissioning scheme
• Other add hoc activities related to AP

This position is for you if you have:

• Accounting certificate
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Experience in financial accounting or supply chain/sourcing
• SSC experience
• Computer skills (Word, advanced Excel and Access, databases)
• SAP knowledge
• Analytical skills
• Problem solving skills
• Good Communications skills
• Customer focus
