Field Marketing Manager
Job title: Field Marketing Manager
The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible delivering best in class field marketing for our regional sales channel and for executing sales readiness activities for our key propositions to increase sales and drive revenue. This is achieved by setting the agenda, confronting complexity and pushing the boundaries.
• Responsible for delivering field marketing initiatives and campaigns that will drive sales and revenue growth for our Regional Business Sales Channel, across both Public and Private Segments.
• Deliver Deal Based and Account Based Marketing as well as relevant industry vertical content and events that will support the Sales channel DB.
• Work closely with the Regional Channel Heads to execute inspirational go to market experience for colleagues and customers
• Deliver sales readiness materials and campaigns for our key products and propositions launches ensuring the Sales Channels have what they need to succeed.
• Maximise return on investment on marketing spend ensuring delivery of the commercial and marketing targets and KPI’s

• Good understanding of field marketing and best practices in supporting business sales (across both Public and Private sectors)
• Good understanding of digital marketing and an omni-channel approach
• Strong communication skills with an ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders

• Interest in innovation and technology leadership
• Proactive with a ‘can do’ attitude and able to integrate well within a team
