Role purpose:


The Enterprise Verification  role is to perform Service Order validation for PO Approval 


An Enterprise Verification Analyst role includes:


       1. Verifying the Service Order and reviewing the details to create a PO

       2. Process the PO changes

       3. Clarify and resolve price variance issues

       4. Support other initiatives and provide timely inputs on adhoc requests

       5. Resolve queries and issues via email or phone

      6.Co-ordinate with all other internal teams

All above includes very close coordination with Global Provide/Ordering teams.

Verifying Orders:

-The main role of EVT is to verify and check all Service Orders and coordinate and resolve anomalies

-Process PO changes/cancellation in coordination with Ordering teams

Resolving Price Variance  issues:

- Resolve price variance SO  issues. Work with Ordering team to get speedy resolution before GRN

Back Up :

-To provide back-up activities in the verification team



Financials-  Margins, Cost Of Sales ,Revenue








Build credible working relationships with support functions, Service delivery  and SSO Internal teams as well as senior stakeholders in Partner Markets


-Liaise with various internal teams,  customers and departments to resolve queries

-Establish good understanding of the end-to-end process working closely with the relevant parties in other departments and operating companies




The FLP module in EVO  being the first of its kind will be a template for future Fixed Line migrations and hence the improvisation and stabilizing the current process will draw a lot of business focus

Should be able to drive process changes and improvements.  Ability to influence decisions by logical reasoning based problem solving approach. Needs to be proactive and have good communication skills. Good people skills required. Up-hold and ensure integrity, accuracy and appropriateness in day to day functions.

- A combination of Supply Chain verification and good Accounts Payable knowledge and experience

- Must understand the end to end process– procurement to payment cycle in AP

Experienced in providing Support for UK in BFSI Domain (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)  

Education/Technical/Functional qualifications and/or Professional Certifications:
