Job Purpose:

Liaising with the Enterprise Marketing Senior Executive to run advanced Customer Value Management campaigns integrated with channel activity and optimisation of relative business processes and controls.

Key Accountabilities / Key Activities:

  • Management of CVM for the Enterprise Business Unit segments
  • Contributing to the constant review of the CVM structure and deliverables
  • Develop reporting and processes for customer life cycle intelligence
  • Liaison with Channels and their executives to indirectly drive and influence teams to deliver on objectives

KPI management and reporting  

  • Review, implement and update relevant business controls for the Enterprise Business Unit
  • Implementation champion for the Enterprise Business Unit on internal business transformation programs
  • Identify market gaps and product opportunities through data analysis
  • Adoption of Group product initiatives and identification of local suitability
  • Drive development of accounts to achieve highest possible average revenue per account.
