The role:

Digital is a key part of our strategy for Consumer IOT with the ambition to grow to more than 4 million connections in the next 3 years. The eCommerce Category & Campaign Manager is a key role to this, and will focus on driving and documenting the product requirements for the e-shop in order to maximize sales for as part of a cross-functional agile team. It’s an exciting opportunity to lead sales development across our online D2C channel, the V by Vodafone web page owning the trading numbers on the website and optimizing all sales journeys, conversion and assets.

With us you will:
  • Design, develop and deliver of best in class sales plans to existing & prospective customers across our digital channels through optimised digital assets.
  • Define campaigns across DM, newsletters, SMS, app notifications and track conversion performance across our website.
  • Gather all customer insights from research, monitoring tools and insights to provide data driven recommendation on changes in our web site to be implemented by product / online operations team.
  • Interpret analytics and sales figures, funnel analysis, drop-off, traffic patterns and bounce rates to mandate improvement actions required to optimize lower funnel conversion.
  • Own KPI and sales dashboard for V by Vodafone web.
  • Implement attribution models together with Analytics team to understand how to improve sales performance based on traffic sources.
  • Define A/B testing program to continuously improve conversion funnel and make data driven decision based on different tests and insights.
Apply if you have:
  • Full E2E e-commerce expertise.
  • Strong expertise in conversion optimization and funnel improvement in ecommerce platforms.
  • Experience in A/B Testing design (google Optimizer, Adobe target, etc.) and in understanding and setting up analytics tools like heatmaps/ clickmaps, SEO tracking, and conversion funnels in E-shops.
  • Able to use digital tagging, analytics (google/adobe), attribution modelling tools, retargeting tools, audience management (DMPs).
  • Proficient in Project Management and building Marketing Campaigns.
  • Senior stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to inspire & provide thought leadership to motivate virtual and multi-location teams.
  • Great presentation and analytics skills to C-level stakeholders.
  • Educated to degree level preferably on ecommerce.
  • Platform certifications i.e. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Google Squared Online.
