As part of the Consumer Sales organisation you will work alongside the digital sales teams and be accountable to drive online sales growth for our consumer teams 

In this influential role, you’ll:
Work alongside both local and Group teams to deliver digital sales commercial roadmap. Work with Channel Trading team to define clear working structure and consistent e2e performance reporting
Interpret analytics and sales figures, funnel analysis, drop-off, traffic patterns  and bounce rates to define and mandate improvement actions required to optimize lower funnel conversion
Become a key challenger to the team to ensure development of digital-first commercial activity within the tribe and ongoing focus on digital first interactions with customers. Work alongside Digital Enablers and CXX to create all operational enablers for the successful growth of the digital channels. 
Become an active member of Chapter of eCommerce individuals. Ensuring sharing of best practice to shape the digital readiness across all channels, segments and products. 
Work with other channels to promote omni-channel initiatives that will drive Digital channel growth

As the E-commerce Specialist you will increase year on year sales growth and increased digital mix for the relevant segment. You will also work with Digital Marketing to plan performance campaigns that maximize sales,  CPO and ROI making sure that  those campaigns perform and we get valuable insights from split testing.

To be successful in this role your experience will ideally include:
Previous experience in working in agile ways of working and product or portfolio management.
Full E2E e-commerce expertise
Experience in conversion optimization and funnel improvement in ecommerce platforms
•       Experience in delivering a trading volume
