What is the commercial set-up at Vodafone?
Brand and Digital Marketing
It’s our branding and marketing teams that communicate how we’re different from the rest of the market place. Naturally, maintaining our position as a top brand is a core ambition of ours.
Specific areas you can work with include Customer Value Management (CVM), Brand campaigns, Segments or Digital Marketing. Day to day you can be anywhere from being inspired to challenge conventional thinking, learn from what doesn’t work to carefully balancing customer need with commercial requirements and targets.
Customer Experience and Operations
You’ll become involved in every aspect of our multi-channel customer experience, from retail stores to our Vodafone app and website, ensuring that we deliver the best user experience to our customers. You could find yourself working in User Experience, Digital or Customer Care. Day to day you can be anywhere from bringing best in class approach and principles to make a real difference to the user experience to the execution of the strategy to meet customer needs and commercial objectives.
Products and Services
The P&S team is responsible for developing numerous products and services for our customers. This area is made up from a number of teams, accountable for some of the coolest commercial propositions. From gaming, infotainment, CIoT to planning and performance, device operations and many more. It does not stop there, we have a number Other teams such as Partner Markets, M-Pesa, Strategy and Innovation, Unified Communications and others!

Duration of Programme: 2 years – rotational placement programme with three placements
Location: The majority of rotations will be based in our London Global HQ office. You must have the right to work in the UK during and beyond the graduate programme.
Requirement: 2.2 (or equivalent) degree (achieved or predicted). Preference for digital marketing and business related degree disciplines or modules.
