Digital Transformation Manager
Digital Marketing Job Family
London

Competitive salary + Excellent benefits

At the moment Vodafone UK are in the middle of our Digital Transformation.  People are using digital channels more and more, and we are focusing on making sure that the experience they get is as engaging as it possibly can be.  To do this, we are changing the way our digital systems work, and have also re-organised so we can take better spot and take advantage of opportunities as they arise.

We have set up a Digital Transformation Office to do 3 things:
Drive our Digital Transformation;
Deliver specific initiatives within the Transformation; and
Track progress towards achieving our vision by holding the relevant people to account and communicating overall progress of the Transformation

On a day to day basis your role will involve:
Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the four Consumer Tribes (Segment, Base Marketing, Enablers and Engineering) that we have in place already.  This is done through working with Scrum Masters and Chapter Leads, as well as all employees
Help shape deliverables that will move us towards our vision, and improve the Tribes’ effectiveness and help us to reach our vision and Digital LRP KPIs
Deliver improvements the Tribes’ effectiveness with a particular focus on Process and Governance

As the Digital Transformation Manager, you will also be responsible for working with people at all levels across the business, though mostly focused on Consumer (CBU), COPs (Digital) and IT.  You will help shape our deliverables to reach our vision, and will then own specific items that you need to deliver by creating cross-functional teams.  All the time, we need to focus on whether the changes we are making are delivering the value we expected.

Here is the experience we need from you to be successful in this role:
Strong track record of delivery (either in traditional project management, Go to Market, or agile teams)
Exceptional stakeholder manager and stakeholder communications
Extensive experience with agile / scrum ways of working
Firm understanding of transformation scope and objectives

As a team, we work collaboratively and in Sprints.  It is a very exciting time to join as we are helping to shape the future shape of the Consumer business.
