Design Studio Operations Administrator

The Design Studio are responsible for creating an integrated customer experience for a complete channel or a suite of related products designing holistically for all digital customer touch points online, retail, tablet and mobile. The team drives a user centred design process that spans across Vodafone channels and products via strong collaboration and effective influence with stakeholder from local markets, product, technology, brand and marketing.
Operations Administrator is a member of the Demand and Delivery chapter within Design Studio, responsible for operational support, administration, project reporting and governance.
What will you do:
- Close cooperation and support for the Demand & Delivery Chapter Lead
- Create weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports
- Continuously looking forward to improve the current processes
- Ensure timely tracking and accurate execution of delivery program progress including budgets, key milestones and dependencies
- Provide regular updates and progress reports on project status to function, senior management and markets.
- Support the Head of Design Studio with the consolidation & tracking of UX performance KPIs
- Regular communication with stakeholders and business partners
- Prepare and run regular catch-up with project leads to facilitate alignment and cooperation within the team
- Provide administrative support across the team for resource on-boarding, PO creation, Goods receipting etc.
- Strong English language knowledge is required both written and oral
- 1-2 years of reporting experience
- Strong communication skills and proactive attitude is a must
- Experience in administrative roles at a multinational company is required
- Project management experience is an advantage
