National Account Manager 
Germany, home office

Role purpose:
As a NAM in Vodafone Global Enterprise Sales you will establish new relationships within an enterprise environment focusing on a handful of the largest, most significant growth accounts. You will be the clients’ supporter, helping hand and pioneer leading them into their digital future guided by the latest innovations of Vodafone! Understanding your customers’ business goals and propositions plays a key role in your daily life as a NAM. By maintaining direct contact to the key decision makers within the companies you will be identifying new opportunities for Vodafone. You will master a broad variety of selling techniques and strategies, including social selling, responding to tenders, face-to-face presentations etc. and enable your clients to be part of a connected and digitalized world by providing them the instruments for their future business needs.

With us you will

  • Accompany customers into the digital future being responsible for the strategy development and account planning for dedicated accounts on a national basis acting as the voice of the customer!
  • Establish relationships with your clients and connect their people with the latest IoT, 5G and cloud innovations and ensure the delivery of all financial sales targets.
  • Build new relationships using your hunting mentality and maintain sustainable connections to stakeholders at all hierarchy levels up to C-level.
  • Identify new sales opportunities & nurture leads generated from social selling campaigns, meetings with clients and further, while using the internal network to ensure results for customers, project delivery and effective problem resolution!
  • Coordinate a top-notch opportunity driven team and ensure good team alignment and smooth implementation & operation of products, services and solutions.

  • You have experience with purchasing practices in a large enterprise environment as well as with the most important IT&T environments and financial concepts
  • You are results driven and can’t wait to apply it in order to participate in the industry of your large enterprise customers!
  • Networking at all levels of buying centres amongst industry leaders is part of your daily life, which is why you score with strong relationship management skills.
  • The innovative tech world is the perfect environment for you, since you have good know-how about the latest Global IP-VPN, Cloud & Hosting Services, IOT & additional Services. You can’t wait to use it in order to help customers to grow!
