We have a great opportunity for someone to join our Customer Experience Excellence (CXX) function in Consumer. This person will be responsible for leading the Consumer CXX programme and driving our Consumer NPS performance.
This role is critical to achieving our CXX programme and NPS ambitions as part of our wider fightback plan.
As CXX programme manager you will need to develop the NPS plan then drives its delivery across the UK business. This will include identifying opportunities and driving positive customer change, through analysing key insights and engaging stakeholders. You will need to establish the vision, plan and execution against this significant project. This role works with a wide range of senior stakeholders across UK and Group ensuring timely decision making and that appropriate updates and best practices are shared. Ability to motivate and inspire people, work cross functionally across teams to deliver is essential to this role.
•Significant experience in programme management ideally cross-channel in a complex go-to-market business.
•Strong customer understanding and passion to deliver a best in class experience
•Able to build strong relationships and credibility across the organisation and externally. Capable of working in a complex organisation without necessarily having direct management control.
•Ability to use facts and insights to make decisions
