With us you will:
  • Work across the Cloud & Security Sales teams and assume responsibility for all orders under €100,000 AOV and support bigger opportunities when required

  • Ensure the provisioning and administration is well controlled and delivered within agreed timescales

  • To analyse / prioritise opportunities and time accordingly in line with Cloud & Security importance whilst managing customer expectations.

  • To identify and qualify up-selling sales opportunities to increase growth and revenue whilst maintaining run rates within the customer accounts.

  • To fully demonstrate the importance of exceptional customer service whilst ensuring that maximum profit is gained.

 

Apply if you have:

  • Experience of working within IT/Cloud& Hosting / Graduate

  • Experience working within a sales environment.

  • Possesses excellent customer service skills and objection handling techniques when dealing with issues or barriers from customers.

  • Take personal responsibility for the creation and progression of a personal development plan utilising the extensive internal training and development resources available and where appropriate external support.

  • To have the ability to manage own time to ensure market and product knowledge is up to date.

  • Degree (or equivalent) in IT or business related subject
