We are seeking a Customer Services Operational Process specilist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Partner Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.
  • Share results with business and system development teams if required.
  • Answering questions about the current Vodafone processes from the operations.
  • Enable to create reports for the operations,  if necessary and alarm them when needed.
  • Give feedback based on the calls and share these with the regarded departments.

  • Organize weekly meetings to define operational needs and share these with the regarded departments.

  • Analytical thinking
  • Strong people and team communication and coordination skills

  • Excellent presentation skills (both powerpoint preparation and presentation to management)
  • Customer focused
  • Ability to take personal accountability and ownership for key decisions and initiatives
  • At least  2years of call center  experience 
  • Competence in working with the customer and service-oriented.
