  • Responsible from sales in service revenue 
  • In order to increae sales in service revenue,  in coordination with marketing teams , increase offers sellable  at inbound calls, collect feed back from agents to improve the offers and shared these feedback with marketing temas. 
  • Design and propose sales contests to motivate agents to sell more.  
  • Design and develop agent performnace scorecards to increase sales efforts and Churn actıvıties .
  • Monitor and imrove sales in service campaign provision system. 
  • Coordinate strongly with planning and real time monitoring to start and stop sales effrots if required.
  • Strongly monitor and resolve system based problems that would effect sales performance  
  • Track the activityrate of Sale operations and ensure that actions are taken by the referred (partner) management.
  • Ensure that all the alarms towards the Churn operations are announced on time and keep the operations on track
  • Define (realistic) KPI’s for MCCM and ensure that these are met by leading the operations.
  • Stay continuously in touch with (external) departments like CVM, IT and Process to enhance MCCM ussage.
  • Manage COPS and CVM processes for projects that are in the pipeline for the New FY, by collaborating with process teams to define the goal, Manage and lead the Pilotfase and the Go-Live status together with the PM teams and ensure that these goals are met. 
  • Set up meetings on regular base to ensure that the flow of Information is managed properly.
