Customer Service Advisors – Technical Support

£22,000 + up to £3,000 annual bonus + excellent benefits


37.5 hours a week (shifts between 8am - 9pm, Monday to Sunday)

You’ll take ownership of customer calls and investigate technical issues as you liaise with our engineers and build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Putting our customers at the heart of everything you do, you’ll keep customers updated every step of the way and look to provide solutions as quickly and professionally as possible.


A confident communicator and able to multi-task, you should have a keen attention to detail and the ability to report information quickly and accurately. We’re looking for candidates with customer experience and a keen interest in tech.
