As a member of Customer Products & Processes Department,in the Offer & Processes Family & Convergence team, the CP&P Project Manager is in charge of project delivery and execution,  design of  Customer Experience about new products and services.

The role requires deep project management experience, high customer experience understanding,  broad technology knowledge, and the ability to facilitate the successful deployment of a complex solutions across multiple teams within the Vodafone Italy organization


The Project Manager:


  • Willmanage the complete lifecycle of large and complex project in order to deliver new products and processes fitting business needs

  • Have a good grasp of thebasics of project management, and the personality and experience to be the “point of reference” person for the various projects.

  • Is a key enabler for the success of an engagement, orchestrating internal resources staff in virtual teams.

  • Has a passion for customers that is demonstrated through professionalism and striving for excellence in all aspects of the customer experience

Has a  strong focus on continuous improvement of  fixed and convergent customer experience with an omnichannel approach
