Digital & Marketing Operations is responsible for the creation and utilisation of the brand positioning for Enterprise, ensuring a consistent approach to use of the enterprise brand platform and messaging across markets in marketing activity, driving increases in awareness and consideration. With us you will:
  • Responsible for creating the Central Europe integrated region field marketing execution plans, agreeing the interlock between Local Sales Leaders and Global Marketing Leaders

  • Responsible for delivering a globally consistent tiered account-based marketing approach that increases the active contact universe, improves perception, increases up-sell success and delivers the agreed Return on Investment

  • Accountable for the optimisation of the marketing mix in region, to deliver the KPIs and targets, driving adoption of new digital and data techniques.

  • Engage and work collaboratively with all Global and OpCo Marketing functions to plan & leverage central activities and adapt effectively for the local markets

  • Ensure successful Executive Engagement in identified accounts by leveraging all of Vodafone’s assets e.g., the Engagement programme, The Foundation, Purpose-led Vodafone, etc.

Apply if you have:

  • Experienced B2B Marketing professional (minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience in IT/Telco/High Tech) who has a clear understanding of cultural differences

  • Proven responsibility for the creation and execution of marketing strategy & localised campaign activities across multiple countries, industry verticals and languages

  • Ability to engage and influence sales leaders, partners and other stakeholders balancing the needs of Global, Regional and Local perspectives

  • Understanding of Vodafone Business’s existing customer base from SME to Multi-national, product offerings and commercial strategies, as well as competitor landscape and points of differentiation

  • Proven experience of maximizing local marketing investment and securing additional sources of funding e.g. partner marketing fund
