Role purpose: the candidate for this role is meant to account, review, control & pay for suppliers dues, which are generated from Vodafone procurement cycle either through SCM, direct contract or policy exception items.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
Managing and complying VF group requirements and apply all accounting policies and guidelines.
Ensure accurate accounting treatment and abidance by the Egyptian and International accounting standards, as well as local tax obligations.
Responsible of documenting sites contracts process and procedures
Close Supervision on Reconciliation of sites with technology team.
Managing staff requirements, including on-job coaching, development and other personal matters through weekly staff and one to one meetings.
Managing and complying VF group requirements and apply all accounting policies and guidelines through develop and implement contract management strategy and plans, including resources, systems, timescales, financials, to support, contribute and integrate within, the P&FM, BTS & Retail annual business plans.
Manage to resolve any discrepancies, if any, between the actual paid amounts to property owners and original contracts.
Ensure accurate accounting treatment and abidance by the Egyptian and International accounting standards, as well as local tax obligations.
Responsible of documenting sites contracts process and procedures
Close Supervision on Reconciliation of sites with technology team.
Managing staff requirements, including on-job coaching, development and other personal matters through weekly staff and one to one meetings.
Controlling monthly payment document delivered to AP team to issue needed checks and wires.
Manage the reconciliation negotiation project with Governmental entities.
Responsible of delivering site rent checks to owners.
Contribute to set P&FM, Retail & Technology budget forecast.
Continuously develop the team member set skills & systems enhancements
Managing all marketing contracts
