Corporate Care Advisor – Stoke-on-Trent

    

£18,500.00 basic salary plus £3200.00 bonus potential pa

    

Shifts Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm. 37.5hrs per week.

Our Corporate Care Advisors are exactly that! Working within the Enterprise Care department, our agents take inbound calls from some of our largest business customers and support them with all manner of questions and queries that they may have. No two calls are the same so expect to be handling a variety of situations, that could be anything from changing sim cards, requesting PAC codes to complex bill recalculations. We like to be flexible with our customers and offer them solutions that meet and exceed their needs, so you’ll be servicing their requests either by phone, email or web chat. Relationship building is paramount in order to be successful in this position and you’ll therefore need to be able to establish a strong rapport build quickly with the customer, as well as with internal and external stakeholders.

Confident with excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Truly caring and “can-do” attitude
