Retail Concierge within the Aberdeen Vodafone Partner store – Creating a dynamic sales experience and exceptional customer journey


£9.50 per hour plus monthly Bonus

We are looking for someone like you.  Someone who can think fast and deliver service with a smile.  As one of our dedicated customer experience leaders, you’ll meet and greet every single customer who enters our stores.


You’ll go out of your way to give the very best customer experience possible.  In fact, you’ll know just what it takes to keep people coming back for more.


In effect, you’ll act as a Maître D’ or Concierge.  It’s about managing the room (or rather your shop floor). So, you’ll make sure every customer is dealt with promptly and professionally.  You will also keep an eye on the customer service, identifying areas where you can coach and improve the retail advisers performance.


This isn’t a sales role and there are no line management responsibilities. Your success will be measured on how happy our customers are. Organised, approachable and with good attention to detail, your warm personality and positive attitude should shine through.  So you’ll need to have been responsible for customer satisfaction before. An understanding of the day-to-day operational requirements of a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment is important too.
