Commercial Client Specialist 
 

We, as Commercial Solutions Team within Commercial & Service Management are accountable for the execution of contractually committed commercial activities. Support commercial modelling and negotiation strategy for bespoke solutions or multiproduct sales to Vodafone’s top customers /accounts. Generate management and bespoke customer information reports (daily, weekly and monthly) and identify opportunities.

 
What you will do:
  • Responsible for executing customer-facing data analytics and support the Commercial Client Managers with dashboards and reports for customer meetings
  • Run customer calls to explain the outcomes and communicate any necessary price change
  • Support the delivery of key customer facing reports that Vodafone is contractually obliged to provide ensuring they are produced on time and in an accurate fashion
  • Work closely with Vodafone’s global operating companies, partners and affiliates to ensure that the key conclusions of these reports are precisely communicated to operators and the operators take the necessary action
  • Lead the communication of the output of Enterprise Bundles/Flat Rate reviews to the customer
  • Deliver contractual benchmarking analysis and communicate the results to account team and/or customer
  • Present results to customers, C-level stakeholders, internal and higher level management
  • Lead the construction, documentation, maintenance of commercial models in Excel, Access and similar data tools and working closely, efficiently with cross-functions and Commercial Client Managers
  • Support the Commercial & Service Management Team as data analyzing subject matter expert

This position is for you if you have:

  • Strong Business English language skills
  • Good data analysis skills, with a minimum of 2 year's experience in reporting /data analysis role; able to understand the meaning of complex data and identify data issues and able to recommend and communicate remedial actions
  • Proven ability to resolve issues to tight timelines
  • Proven ability to analyse large amounts of unstructured data quickly, efficiently and accurately
  • A self-starter, capable of working under own initiative but within structured framework
  • Excellent written and verbal communication & relationship building skills
  • Experience of customer management and presenting to customers
