Lead a world class go to market programme, defining and delivering the marketing plan and communication approach for propositions that create value for Kiwi businesses and drive commercial outcomes for Vodafone. 

As a Campaign Marketing Manager, you’ll motivate and lead a cross-functional project team to develop and execute a best in class B2B marketing delivery plan for market leading value propositions. Working closely with squads, you’ll have a strong understanding of customer insight and use this to develop delivery plans that considers the full breadth of communication touchpoints with a multi-channel GTM approach.  You’re passionate about empowering our sales teams with clear and compelling proposition messages, working with comms leads to promote hero propositions, and develop targeted, engaging content to drive consideration and conversion. 

What will I be doing?
• Develop and execute world class go to market delivery plans for new and existing product propositions, competitor responses and marketing initiatives taking a multi-channel approach. 
• Put propositions and initiatives through a consistent go to market process to ensure they are effective, well executed, commercially viable and engage customers in the right place, at the right time to encourage action. 
• Motivate and lead a cross-functional go to market project team, considering ATL campaign activity, base communication, sales enablement, online, nurture campaigns, retail, PR, internal comms and manage senior stakeholder engagement and approvals.   
• Develop deep collaborative relationships with product, propositions, communication and channel delivery leads to achieve an exceptional customer experience and commercial outcomes for the squad. 
• Develop a deep understanding of business customer needs through sales channel engagement and utilise this to define a targeted multi-channel marketing activity approach.
• Use and develop your commercial acuity to inform your GTM execution, ensuring the right metrics are in place to effectively track and measure ROI.

What will I bring?
• Proven experience in segment marketing, channel marketing or marketing communications (B2B or services industry preferred) 
• Proven experience in taking customer insight through to best practice delivery
• Ability to brings together cross-functional teams to deliver to a common objective
• Ability to build strong relationships and influence across the business, senior leaders and with internal and external stakeholders
• Commercial acumen and ability to determine how to best use commercial levers to drive results
• Proven experience in marketing project management, and can take ownership of co-ordinating a set of initiatives within a programme
• Role modelling a growth mindset
